Gerald Smith has been a CPA since 1972. He holds a Masters degree from the University of North Dakota. He's married and has 3 children. Gerald enjoys fishing, hunting, and duplicate bridge. When asked about what he enjoys about his career, he says helping small businesses dealing with government.

Sue Dearholt has been a CPA since 1995. She graduated from Bemidji State University with several degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She loves horses and dogs. Her favorite thing about her career is the interacting with clients and helping to resolve their tax and account problems.
